1.**You chose incorrect size

Due to the intimate nature of our garments and hygiene purposes. For this reason, if you try on the garment and think that it is not your size. Immediately the garment is left with folds or marks that can be clearly seen and have already been used, as it is an adjustment garment.

Although we understand that it can often be tempting to purchase a smaller sized product, our garments can become damaged with excessive force despite their excellent quality. In this unlikely event.

To avoid this occurrence we strongly advise first-time customers to select their correct size using Besley & Co. SIZE GUIDE and measure their waist accurately before placing an order. For those that prefer a tighter or looser fit than their correct waist measurement, our garments feature are custom-fit with adjustable straps to ensure that all customers can feel comfortable whilst staying true to their size.

Our professional ethics prevents us from trying to sell again a garment that has been tried or used by one of our clients.
